Privacy notice for the current QMA website

QMA provides information, sample-plan review, and a paid Soil Amendment Plan service. This notice describes the information handled by the current website and its order and report-upload workflow.

Ordering and payment

To start an order, QMA collects the email address you enter and creates an order record. Card payment is completed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. QMA does not receive or store your full card number.

After payment, QMA stores the order identifier, email address, payment status, applicable discount record, and payment-processor session or transaction identifiers needed to provide the service and support the order.

Soil-test reports and project information

After a successful payment, you may upload a current soil-test report and provide follow-up growing information for the purchased plan. QMA uses that material to prepare and support the requested plan. Uploaded reports and related order records are kept in QMA’s private service storage rather than published on the public website.

Service providers

The current order flow uses Stripe to process payment and Vercel-hosted services to operate the website and private order/report storage. Each provider handles information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Samples and research

Public sample plans are demonstrations only. Separate research participation paths may collect the information described on those pages; they do not create a paid Soil Amendment Plan unless you later place an order.
