TERMS OF USE
Terms for the current QMA website
QMA provides public information, sample materials, and a paid Soil Amendment Plan service. By using the site or purchasing a plan, you agree to use the service only for the property, report, crops, and growing area you submit.
Purchased plan service
A purchased QMA plan requires a current, site-specific, data-populated soil-test report and the follow-up information needed for the selected growing area. Payment is completed before the report-upload step becomes available. The final total is shown in checkout before payment.
Scope and limitations
QMA interprets the laboratory evidence and project information provided for the submitted property. It does not perform laboratory testing, guarantee crop results, diagnose contamination or plant disease, or replace site-specific advice from a qualified professional when that is needed.
QMA may identify missing, inconsistent, unsupported, or method-incompatible information rather than calculate a recommendation from it. A recommendation for one property, crop, report, or growing area must not be copied to another.
Sample materials
Sample reports, calculations, amendment amounts, and plans are demonstrations only. They must not be treated as current recommendations for untested soil.
Laboratory evidence
QMA depends on information reported by independent soil-testing laboratories. The laboratory remains responsible for its own testing methods and reported results; QMA is responsible for its interpretation and planning service based on the information submitted.
Changes
QMA may update site content, service details, or these terms as the service develops. The price and order details shown at checkout control for that purchase.
